How is pricing structured?
We price managed IT as a flat monthly fee based on the number of users and devices we're managing, plus the scope of services included. No surprise bills when something needs attention — that's what the monthly fee covers.
Do you replace or work alongside our current IT staff?
Either. Some clients have no IT staff and we handle everything. Others have an internal IT coordinator and we provide the engineering depth they don't have in-house. We adapt to your structure.
What if we already have an IT provider we want to switch from?
We manage the transition. We'll coordinate directly with your current provider for documentation and access handoffs, and work around your schedule to minimize any disruption during the changeover.
Are you available on nights and weekends?
For critical issues — yes. Our monitoring runs 24/7 and will alert us to serious problems at any hour. For non-critical helpdesk requests, we operate during standard business hours with next-business-day response.
What kinds of devices do you support?
Windows workstations and servers are our primary focus. We also manage Linux servers, NAS devices, firewalls (pfSense, Sophos, SonicWall), and most network-attached equipment. Mac support is available on a case-by-case basis.
