Everything You Need to Share Securely

Whether you're handing off a password to a client or sending a confidential document, IgniteVault keeps it locked down.

Password Vault

Store passwords with AES-256 encryption. Organize by title, URL, and username. Access your credentials from anywhere.

Document Vault

Upload PDFs, Word docs, images, spreadsheets, and more. Files are stored securely and never accessible without authentication.

Secure Share Links

Share passwords or files via a unique link. Set an expiration date, download/view limit, and optional link password — all in one click.

Auto-Expiring Links

Links automatically expire after a date you set or after a number of views/downloads — so sensitive data doesn't stay accessible forever.

Link Password Protection

Add an extra layer of protection to document share links. Recipients must enter a password before they can download the file.

Secure Notes

Save private notes, instructions, or sensitive text in your vault. Color-coded, organized, and encrypted — just for you.

Common Questions
How is my data encrypted?

All passwords are encrypted with AES-256-CBC before being written to the database. Encryption keys are never stored alongside your data. Files are stored under randomised filenames in a protected directory — never accessible via direct URL.

What happens when a share link expires?

Once a link passes its expiry date or hits its view/download limit, it stops working immediately. The recipient sees an "expired" message. You can revoke any link manually at any time from your vault.

Can I password-protect a shared file?

Yes. When creating a document share link you can set an optional password. The recipient must enter it before the download button appears. The password is hashed — we never store it in plain text.

Is there a mobile app?

IgniteVault is a fully responsive web app — it works great on any phone or tablet browser. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP), ZIP, CSV, TXT, XML, and JSON. Max 10 MB per file.
